Auditions
*Children age 4-18 are welcome to audition. Our goal is to make auditions a fun, empowering experience where the kids feel great!
*We create a role for every single child participating! As we produce our own original musicals, we can freely adjust script and songs to give every child a chance to shine.
*In-person auditions are preferred, but we also will accept video auditions if none of the in-person times work. If you plan to submit a video, please sign up on the audition form.

Rehearsals
* Our rehearsal times are Thursdays & Fridays at 3:00-5:30, starting June 8.
* Most roles will rehearse 1 day a week for 90 minutes on a regular day (either Thursday or Friday) until the final rehearsals. Some roles may need to rehearse 2 days a week, but perhaps not every week.
* We try to accommodate conflicts whenever possible, especially during the summer months. We ask that families indicate conflicts with audition paperwork, so we can create the rehearsal schedule around these needs. When auditioning, families select their preference/availability and the show will be cast accordingly. The more flexible your schedule, the more casting options there are.
* While we are largely a homeschool organization, we welcome any family who is able to make rehearsal times work, and we will work with your schedule as best as we can. For kids who are in school, we can accommodate late arrivals once school begins.
* At-home practice is required, and we need each family to commit to rehearsing at home. We will give you tools to help kids with repetition and memorization in between group rehearsals.
* Parents are expected to volunteer in a capacity, based on their interests, skills and time available. A form for indicating preferences is given at the time of auditions.
* Our rehearsals are held at Read Play Love, a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
Production
* Production week is August 29, 30 and 31, and you can expect to rehearse 3:00-7:00 at the Cox Playhouse in Plano, 3:00-7:00pm. (Some roles may be called on Monday Aug 28)
* Performances are September 1-3, 2023, at 6pm, held at the Cox Playhouse.
