Get a taste of what theatre at Read Play Love is all about....
- Our goal is to be the ideal environment for kids to try theatre for the first time, as well as more experienced performers to stretch their wings & grow.
- We emphasize a positive, empowering approach where kids are invited to contribute to the creative process with their own great ideas.
- We always welcome kids to go at their own pace, including "just watching" until they are comfortable jumping in (they might surprise you!)
- Using a fun framework builds confidence --allowing kids to relaxed through a unique experience for creative expression!
- Teens Ensemble - consists of teens 13+, who gather for their own rehearsals, which have emphasis on more advanced skills such as character development, scene partner work, musical harmony and stage presence. Teens with all ability and experience levels are welcome and will be encouraged to stretch and grow.

What Happens at an RPL Workshop:
You and your kids will get a taste of RPL's creative, empowering and encouraging approach to theatre! RPL is the ideal experience for kids new to theatre, as well as for experienced kids to spread their wings and grow in a supportive, inclusive community.
In each of the Free Workshops, kids will do a warm-up theatre game, and then learn and perform a song from our Winter Musical Production, ALIVE! We emphasize a collaborative process where kids come up with the ideas for their choreography, and everyone is welcome to go at their own pace. Observers are welcome!
Auditions for ALIVE! are held before and after workshops.
AUDITION SIGNUP: If your child would like to audition, please sign up here to guarantee an audition time. Auditions can be scheduled on-site if time is available, on a first come, first served basis.
