Fall Teen Musical:
Amélie: The Musical
Peek into the enchanting world of Amélie, an imaginative dreamer who finds her voice, discovers the power of connection, and sees possibility around every corner! As a young woman who lives quietly in the world but loudly in her mind. Amélie’s secret good deeds and acts of kindness bring joy and mayhem to the many colorful characters who live in the small village of Monmonarte in Paris, France. Based on the 2001 motion picture Amélie by Jean-Pierre Jeunet & Guillaume Laurant, the musical is written by Craig Lucas with Music by Daniel Messé and lyrics by Nathan Tysen & Daniel Messé. Produced by special arranged with Concord Theatricals. |

What Makes Read Play Love Different?
What makes Read Play Love different is.... the Love! Whether a production features a script we are licensing - such as is the case with this production -- or a musical we have written and developed ourselves, our focus is always the same: to nurture the creative self-discovery of each one of our kids.
Theatre is an extension of RPL's mission: to empower children through the arts and create an inclusive culture of love. We believe all youth can thrive on stage, regardless of experience, skills, background or ability. We mentor kids where they are and help them feel great, stretching them a bit further than they expect...all while being part of an artistic experience.
Because of its encouraging atmosphere, RPL is the ideal place for kids of all ages to try theatre for the first time, while also is a supportive and safe environment for more experienced performers who are ready to stretch their wings and push themselves to grow further through developing characters and up-leveling performance skills.
